Gary McGinnis founded McGinnis Roofing in 1995 with only a single ladder and a pick-up truck. His strong will and motivation has successfully transformed the single crew company into a reputable and well known corporation.

William Cameron, a.k.a. Bill or Cam has been with McGinnis Roofing Co., Inc since day one. He is more than an estimator; he is a mentor and inspiration to the Company and our Clients. Bill is the father of three beautiful girls and happily married. His interests include spending time with his family and friends while giving 110% to McGinnis Roofing Co., Inc at all times. He is what we like to call, our “Good Luck Charm.”
Nicholas Trautz, a.k.a. “Nephew” may have been born into the McGinnis family but he did in fact work his way to Forman. Nick specializes in rubber roofing and makes it a point to be the first crew into the field and the first crew into the shop. Long hours and years of experience has helped him to turn a hobby into a career. His interests include having a good time, dirt bike riding and spending time with family and friends.
Dennis Rodriguez a.k.a. “The Wiz” has been with McGinnis Company for more than Five Years. While specializing in Shingle work, he manages to maintain a crew of roofing mechanics. Dennis came to this Company with little experience but made it a point to work around the clock in order to fully expand his knowledge of the industry. He is more than a Forman; he is a leader and future entrepreneur. His interests include traveling, dancing and spending time with family and friends.
